Funding Opportunities

The Pasco Education Foundation is proud to help leverage dollars from the community to support local schools in the areas that they need it most. We fund projects that improve student learning and make a positive, long-term impact in the classroom. Our program provides our schools and educators with an opportunity for financial support for innovative and creative curriculum, special activities, and classroom or school projects.

Every teacher has creative and innovative ideas to help their students engage in learning. Unfortunately, classroom budgets do not leave much for purchasing the supplies to bring those ideas to fruition. Each year, our classroom grant program provides teachers across Pasco County the financial resources they need to inspire learning amongst their students. Individual projects have a limit up to $1,000. Group projects may vary. Open August – Mid-September.

Geared toward school-wide and district-wide programs with maximum impact per student, Project L.E.A.D. matches a portion of private contributions to fund needs in the following impact areas: STEM Education, Literacy, Low-performing Students, Teaching Quality/Professional Development, Career/Technical Education (CTE), and Increasing Graduation Rates. This form is for all requests over $1,000 and must meet state reporting requirements, including a mid-project status update and year-end review.

Please note that due to limited funding at this time, Project L.E.A.D. award availability may be restricted.

Suncoast Credit Union wants to continue their investment in student learning and make a positive, long-term impact at your school! For school-wide projects that use innovative and creative curriculum, and special activities. Awards up to $5,000. Open August – September 30.
