Gifts of Life Insurance

You can support the mission of the Pasco Education Foundation by donating an existing life insurance policy.  You may have purchased life insurance many years ago for family protection that you no longer need.  If this is the case, you can donate that life insurance policy as a charitable gift.

Tax Benefits

When you donate a policy with cash value, you receive an income tax deduction.  This is a great way to turn an old policy into a tax-wise gift that helps the Pasco Education Foundation carry out its mission.

Types of Policies

There are many types of life insurance policies, and some are suitable for donating to the Pasco Education Foundation.  For a no-obligation review of your policy, to see if you can donate it to the Foundation, please give us a call.  We may be able to give you an answer right over the phone.

New Policies

Sometimes donors wish to purchase a new life insurance policy as a gift.  Before you do this, please contact us, so we can provide your insurance agent with our life insurance acceptance guidelines.
